Returns Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or health supplements (for hygiene reasons).
Sale or promotional items, unless defective.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
